Wanna spend your Tuesday night doing something other than watching Biggest Loser? Git out there and check out grizzle grazzle, poppy, rocky, Dick Dale-esque, LBC group, The Growlers. I was introduced to these guys some time ago thanks to my buddy Devon at Hearth Music. These dudes have really catchy, groovy songs that sound as though they were recorded with ancient equipment but engineered to sound gritty in a good way. Maybe reminiscent of your favorite dive bar's sand covered floor? I'll provide a few tracks, but get the heck out there and see them at the High Dive for $8, doors at 8. The Growlers are on tour.
