I was up today at 3am to fly for 12 hours, and for dinner i've paired some cheap read wine with a fat cigar. Does traveling make anyone else feel like a turd?...So folk music for the day will keep me at ease, and look what I found:
A festival of popular/emerging/fantastic PNW folk bands gathering in a place I never would expect. I even lived there for 4 years and never saw this. But I was watching sorority girls tread through snow in skirts and uggs, not listening to good music. I'm talking about Pullman, WA! I think this is a reason for me to visit. I would show a lineup or some song samples, but their website has done both perfectly. See here:Birds on a WIRE
