Gorillaz - Plastic Beach: Audio Mushroom Trip

If you've ever eaten mushrooms (you know what I'm talkin' 'bout) then you can probably relate to the new track by the Gorillaz, Plastic Beach. Plastic Beach sounds like what a mushroom trip feels like. It's an unpredictable audio circus with talk of Casio's on beaches and styrofoam seas, featuring the conspiracy mindfuck that always leaks its way into your surreal escape from reality.

I dig it.

I'm real excited for the release of their 3rd album, Plastic Beach. It went on shelves Tuesday. I should have picked it up. More on that later.
